We’re hosting an exclusive event for first-time buyers in Limerick!

As part of our mission to help first-time buyers on their journey, we are once again hosting an exclusive event with AIB. This time, we're focusing on lovely Limerick! On Wednesday, May 26 at 7pm, we are inviting those on the house hunt to join us for an evening filled with super useful information and insights from the experts. Whether you've just started the journey or you're well into it, you'll be sure to walk away with a heap of great tips and advice! Since 2018, we have been helping first-time buyers around the country with our AIB brunch clubs and summits. If you haven't managed to get a spot yet, here's your chance. As always, there will be a panel of experts. Once again, construction expert Joe Clancy will give his invaluable insights into and views on the construction market at the moment and loads more. Plus, we will have Tom Crosse, who is the 50th President of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers as well as Group Director at GVM Auctioneers in Limerick. Tom is a qualified Recognised European Valuer and has extensive experience across the property spectrum, notably in residential and commercial sales, lettings, and valuations. With 40 years of experience carving out property deals for much-valued sellers and buyers, he is recognised as one of the leading estate agents in the mid-west region. We will also have Jean Creagh, AIB Mobile Mortgage Manager for Clare and Limerick. With over 20 years experience in AIB in numerous different roles from Head of Change Management to Branch Manager in Adare and William St Limerick, Jean will have some super useful insights into the mortgage process.
