Two Dublin spots and one restaurant in the west were added to the globally recognised restaurant rating system.
Kaldero on Stephen's Green, tucked just off Grafton Street, received the recognition.
The guide wrote that 'to miss its warm atmosphere and flavour-packed cooking would be a crying shame.'
They praised the 'welcoming basement' and the 'infectious buzz of the chefs'.
The Old Spot in Dublin 4 was also recognised, with writers saying the 'long-standing pub ticks all the boxes: traditional, immensely satisfying food; a buzzing atmosphere; and some of the friendliest, most genuine service around. '
Over in Galway, Blackthorn in The Twelve Hotel in Barna made the list.
The guide highlighted the restaurants Nordic influence, adding: "The dining room provides the ideal backdrop to a menu focused on grilling seasonal ingredients over charcoal, filling the air with wonderful smoky aromas."
