Add us as a preferred source on Google »Irish snacks might not be the most gourmet cuisine in the world (no finicky little triangle watercress sandwiches in our lunchboxes), but y'know what? They're fecking tasty.
American kids tried some of the most classically Irish snacks for the very first time, and they were actually kinda taken by them.
In a land of PBJ sambos and fish crackers, who knew that our humble Tayto sandwiches and Ballymaloe would win the good fight?
In fairness, a big ol' chunk of dry soda bread wouldn't impress anyone.
